Easter Letter 2025

Every year we send letters in honor of the various holidays, such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, and the like. Each holiday is special in its own way, but of them all, the one that means the most to me is Easter.

Nowadays, there are elements to Easter that everyone can participate in, regardless of who you are or what you believe. But for our family and for the more than two billion Christians across the world, the heart of Easter will always be this: that our Savior, Jesus Christ, suffered, bled, and died for the redemption of our sins, and that he was resurrected so that we may live again, too. I’m so grateful for the knowledge that Christ will come again one day, for the knowledge that “For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.” As the Apostle Paul said, “The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death.”

There is a song written in the 19th century called “Oh, It Is Wonderful” by the composer Charles H. Gabriel that, to me, perfectly exemplifies the feelings that Easter brings.

I stand all amazed at the love Jesus offers me,

Confused at the grace that so fully He proffers me;

I tremble to know that for me, He was crucified –

That for me, a sinner, He suffered, He bled, and died.

Oh, it is wonderful that He should care for me!

Enough to die for me!

Oh, it is wonderful, wonderful to me!

As you know, the Financial Markets have been like a roller coaster the past few weeks. Lee and I feel strongly that this period of volatility will pass and that there is a bright future ahead for our economy, and that our most important job as financial advisors is to truly know our clients and to make their concerns our own. We agree with Warren Buffett as he has famously stated, "Don't bet against America". Our highest priority is continuing to earn your trust and helping you secure a bright financial future for yourself and your family. As always, please know that Lee and I are constantly monitoring the markets. It is our job to watch closely the daily ups and downs, so you don’t have to.
